1. Services

Candy Poppers Ltd provides fun food products and catering services, including popcorn, candy floss, ice cream, and other novelty food items for events and public sale.

All food is prepared in accordance with UK food safety and hygiene regulations.

2. Orders & Bookings

All orders and event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Final event details must be confirmed at least 30 days before the event date.

3. Payment

Private Events
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure and hold the event date.
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date.

Corporate Events
Payment must be made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients must confirm the expected payment date and provide finance department details for invoicing.

Candy Poppers Ltd reserves the right to cancel or withhold services if payment is not received as agreed.

4. Prices

All prices quoted are final and do not include VAT, as Candy Poppers Ltd is not VAT-registered.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding deposits.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Allergies

Our food may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.

Customers must inform us of any allergies prior to purchase or booking.
We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Health & Safety

Customers must follow staff instructions at all times.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

8. Liability

Candy Poppers Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Candy Poppers Ltd reserves the right to refuse or withdraw service in cases of unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
